Tales of the Greyhawk Rangers
We plan to infiltrate the city tonight and see what has become of the Elven Capital. I only pray we’re not too late.
We finally caught up with this motley crew of dragon-born, doppelgängers, and orcs only to find them slaughtered like live stock. Whatever did this to them has taken the Shadow Pearl device. From what I can tell it seems like they were ambushed by a few heavily armored giants. Although, I can’t be sure, possibly some form of Golem? I’ve heard some rumors of metallic beings flying through the skies around these parts and to the southwest. I may need to ask my brother, Aravir. Sounds like this could be something he would know about. I am unable to reach him at the moment though. I hope the Lords of Dust have not recaptured him.
The reports coming out of Enstad also have me worried. The entire city is in some kind of lock-down or quarantine. I’ve tried to contact Terieshi to see if he can find out more, but I’ve yet to hear anything. We plan on sneaking into Enstad somehow to find out what’s going on. Perhaps they will know something about the missing Shadow Pearl device. I will keep sending messages to my father Brom so he can relay them to the correct people.
Myself and my band of Greyhawk Rangers were tracking some Graycloaks from the Pomarj that were escorting a group Dragonkin, and what turned out to be doppelgängers, out of Nol-Daer. The rumor was they had the last Shadow Pearl device. The plan was to ambush them in the ruins of Badwall, but we lost them somewhere on the edge of the Welkwood. I’ve contacted Terieshi to see if he can muster any of his contacts within the Knights of Luna in Celene so they can hopefully engage this group before it reaches Enstad.
